Our Collaborative Step-by-Step Process

01 - Consultation
Meet with Melissa, a stationery specialist at her home studio. Together, we can select paper stock, envelopes, and card formats that suit your event needs.

02 - Quote, Contract & Deposit
Once quoted pricing is agreed upon, fill out our online contract and send a 50% deposit to start (the other 50% is collected upon receiving the completed order).

03 - Digital Mockups
Receive realistic digital interpretations (proofs) of your dream invitations via email until approved for print.

04 - Print
Upon approval, supplies are ordered and the design is prepped for print.

05 - Order Ready
Completed invitations are packed up and the full order is given to you for assembly, postage and mailing to your guests.
Day-of Stationery
Investment: $500 - $1500
Carry your style throughout custom printed pieces on your wedding day. Item include menus, place cards, table numbers, seating charts, etc.
Day-of stationery should do more than look beautiful — it should guide guests, set the tone, and keep your event running smoothly.
Day-of Offerings:
Welcome signs: A warm, readable greeting that also directs traffic (ceremony location, entry points, accessibility).
Programs: Concise order of service and key names; consider a single-column layout and larger type for quick reference.
Ceremony signage: Unambiguous cues (seating guidance, “Please silence phones,” unity ritual instructions).
Escort cards & place cards: Clear names and table assignments; durable stock for outdoor conditions.
Menus & bar signs: Legible menu descriptions and allergen notes; durable paper or laminated options for cocktail-length events.
Reception signs: Timeline highlights (first dance, cake cutting), guestbook instructions, gift/drop-off points.
Seating charts: Large-format, high-contrast designs placed where guests arrive; include an alphabetized inset or table numbers for quicker lookup.
Directional signage: Simple arrows and short labels for restrooms, parking, shuttle pickup, and photo booths.
